The city of Terrell Hills is located within San Antonio with a population over 5300 people. This popular area offers two school districts, the majority of homes attend Alamo Heights Independent School District with the remaining attending North East Independent school district. Terrell Hills has its own mayor, police department, city council and fire department. Incorporated into a municipality in 1939 this area offers home from the 1930's to new construction.
It is with his vast knowledge in Real Estate that he has decided to come to his home area and work with Phyllis Browning Company. It has always been his passion to help purchase and sell in his area and he is now realizing that passion.
